On the Move in Biofuels: BIO, UNICA

In Washington, BIO announced that Sarah Thornton joins as director of biofuels and biomass policy and Miguel Suazo as manager of policy within the Industrial & Environmental Section.
UNICA announced the appointment of David Thomas as its new Chief Lobbyist and Leticia Phillips as the organization’s Representative for North America, both based at UNICA’s Washington, D.C. office.
